We have a group with n no. of nested groups

Please help me in getting all the "groups" (including nested) which are member of the parent group

I DONT WANT THE MEMBERS (USERS) LIST ONLY.

Hi,

I understand that there are too many distribution groups on your environment and each group has a lot of nested groups.

We can run Get-DistributionGroupMember groupname to get all members.

Now you want to view only the groups.

Based on my search, I have not found some related command to achieve it.

I suggest we can ask question in Microsoft Exchange Development forum to confirm whether it can be achieved by any code related script:
