Hi 

Check if the server is in maintenance mode for some reason
Put all the component state to inactive and then to active and see the results

 Hi,

 added the server ip in hosts, but was not connected to the server??  I get a lot of errors like this

 Cmdlet failed. Cmdlet Get-InboxRule, parameters .

 do not know if is related to this. I can not see that I am connected to this server, I am connected to the sever with the active database.

 I have a problem with one Exchange server in a DAG. I am adding the third server to the DAG. The DAG is working fine.

 The new server is working fine.

 when I use this command Get-Counter "\MSExchange RpcClientAccess\User Count" -ComputerName exch01, exch02, exch03 | ft

 I get exch01  with zero connections.

 I run this

 Get-ServerComponentState exch01 | ft Component,State Autosize

All the servers are in Netscaler Load balancing, which I am told i working.

Any Ideas ?

Hi,

Please follow Hintes suggestion to point to Exch01 directly in host file to confirm whether the issue persists. Also collect any related event logs (error or warning) for further analysis.
