Getting Employee/AD Member Contact Info into Outlook
When I select a user from the GAL in Outlook and look at his/her info all the tabs are blank: General, Organization, Phone/Notes, Member Of and E-mail Addresses
How can I get contact info into the contact display? I tried populating the fields from user properties in ADUC but that did not translate over.
Using Exchange 2003 SP2 on SBS and OL 2007/2010

Yes, it appears that the info from ADUC is there. Interesting....

If its not appearing in cache mode, then its really a matter of updating the OAB on the server, then downloading it to the clients.
A quick check would be to simply download the OAB manually and see if the info appears.

Thanks. I'll be ok now. I came across a few ol clients with this problem and thought it was on system level. Turns out to be coincidence as I found others that are ok -- and the manual download worked.
Now to import user info into AD, but that is another subject haha.
