Getting Employee/AD Member Contact Info into Outlook
When I select a user from the GAL in Outlook and look at his/her info all the tabs are blank: General, Organization, Phone/Notes, Member Of and E-mail Addresses How can I get contact info into the contact display? I tried populating the fields from user properties in ADUC but that did not translate over. Using Exchange 2003 SP2 on SBS and OL 2007/2010 Thanks Dean

Can you see them in online Outlook mode or OWA?

Yes, it appears that the info from ADUC is there. Interesting....

If its not appearing in cache mode, then its really a matter of updating the OAB on the server, then downloading it to the clients. Thanks. I'll be ok now. I came across a few ol clients with this problem and thought it was on system level. Turns out to be coincidence as I found others that are ok -- and the manual download worked. Now to import user info into AD, but that is another subject haha. thanks again
