Here is the situation as described to me: 2 senior VPs are in a meeting room with their 2 assistants. They do not have their computers turned on. One of them gets a notice on her phone that the meeting they are currently in has been rescheduled. It update came from the account of the VP sitting across from her, but the 3 people who have access to make updates on her calendar are all sitting in the same room without computers. 

Is there any way to trigger an update without access the users calendar?
