Global Address List not Updating
Hi i am facing the below issue with echange GAL. OAB does not appear to be updating. Clients running in cache mode . CAS server not retrieving the OAB file from the Mailbox Server We Checked the time stamp for the OAB file on MBX server; Location: c:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\V14\ExchangeOAB (up to date) and we Checked the time stamp for the OAB file on CAS server; Location: c:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\V14\Client Access\OAB(Not updated) Client couldnt download the OAB file from the CAS server. Restart file distribution Service. on CAS and Bits in Mbx . Hello, Please first try what Satheshwaran Manoharan suggest. If it still does not work, check the folder permissions, both sharing permission and NTFS permission. Thanks, Simon
