Global Address List not updating
I'm running exchange 2003 sp2 on a windows 2003 sp2 server. I recently received a call from a user stating they don't see their name in the To: field. I checked, on my outlook client and sure enough, she didn't appear.
I have rebuilt the OAB and RUS. My client and the user client both have cached mode turned off.
If I perform the same task in OWA, the name appears as it should. This user has been on the exchange server for a number of years... Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,
If the user is not hidden from the global address list you need to troubleshoot the RUS.
