Global Address book
I have Exchange 2003 and have several of my customers and their domains hosted on the same exchange server. It appears other customers with a diff domain can bring up the global address book and see all of my customers and their email addresses.
Is there a fix for this?
Has anyone had the same problem?
Any idea how to make this not show up?
Thank you,
Scott

Hello Scott,
Thank you for contacting Microsoft TechNet Exchange Forum.
To make the issue more clearly, I appreciate you could answer me following questions.
1. How many domains in the forest?
2. Whether the issue only take place on these users which store on the same Exchange server?
3. Have you found any related events in the event viewer? If yes, please post there.
Based on the current situation, I suggest we troubleshoot it with following points.
1. On this Exchange Server, Please check whether we can pre-view the GAL in ESM? if not, please also manually create another address list for the previewing test.
2. Right click the properties of the GAL in ESM, and then check whether the permission setting is correct in the Security tab.
3. I would like to explain that GAL is a defined LDAP filter which still need query related data from GC. Hence we may also need check the connectivity between Exchange Server and domain.
Meanwhile, please also run the following commands to diagnostic the domain connectivity.
Code Snippet
1. DCDIAG /v >C:\dcdiag.log
2. Netdiag /test:dsgetdc /v>C:\netdiag.log
3. After running above command in the cmd, the Dcdiag.log and netdiag.log should be saved in the C:\
Note: We need install Windows 2003 resource kit (which can be find in support\tools folder under the windows 2003 installation CD)
Please post your result on the thread, I am waiting for your reply.
Regards,
Jason

Jason, I think he may just need to check to see if his computer is turned on! Then reboot!
But seriously:
