Global Signature question
is there a way to set Exchange 2k7 up so that it writes at the bottom of each email being sent a disclaimer. You like the ones some legal department have that say something like the following - All information in this message and attachments is confidential and may be legally privileged. Only intended recipients are authorized to use it. E-mail transmissions are not guaranteed to be secure or error free and sender does not accept liability for such errors or omissions. The company will not accept any liability in respect of such communication that violates our e-Mail Policy." I would like to apply this to everyone in my ORG globally and not have to send out a set if instructions tell people how to add it to the bottom of their signature.

Yes, we can use transport rules to create disclaimers in an Exchange Server 2007 Organization. Disclaimers are typically used to provide legal text or other text that administrators want to apply to all e-mail messages that enter or leave their MicrosoftExchangeServer2007 organization.
