Global forwarding rule based on message's Subject
Hallo,I have created the Public folder and thus automatically exchange has created its Email address. For example I have created public folder with the mane "Project1" and thus email is project@domain.com.I would like now to create global rule in exchange 2003 (for every user) in such a way that when email with specific Subject, for example "project 45" comes, to any of the mailboxes, than itshould bealso automatically forwarded to public folder's email. In my case it is email project@domain.com.I know that this is possible to do in Outlook (every user must do itself). I would like this rule to be applied for every user.Is this possible?Waiting for your replys!regards,

Not out of the box. With Exchange 2007 , you could use a transport rule.Otherwise, you would have to script something or purchase 3rd party software perhaps if you dont want to use an Outlook rule.

Adding to Andy I guess it is possible using exchange 2007 Transport Rules. See below how to use the same http://exchangeshare.wordpress.com/2008/05/17/exchange-2007-transport-rules-disclaimer/Vinod
