Hi, i have outlook 2013. I have done the same IMAP setting for gmail in outlook and mozilla Thunderbird. there is 625 mail in my inbox. it works in mozilla but it doesn't work in outlook. i can't see any email in my inbox and sometimes it shows some of them. but i can see all of 625 emails in mozilla thunderbird. what is the problem? what should i do?

Please follow the instruction from Gmail website to setup Gmail IMAP email. Please notice the details of configuration in advanced setting section.
