Since some days ago, my Outlook 2013 is not syncing my Inbox from GMail, just appears on the folders list named "Inbox [only this computer]" and none of the messages that I've received on my Inbox has been synchronized. I already tried to remove the profile and creating a new a lot of times, however I didn't get success. Is this a bug from the version 2013? Is there a way I can reset Outlook to factory defaults?

Firstly, we can try repairing the Office programs.

Then I would suggest to create a new Windows account and log in the computer with the new account. Configure your mailbox again in Outlook 2013. See if it can be helpful.

after lot of research I finally find a workaround !

Just install Windows Live Mail, configure your Gmail account and surprise, in Windows Live Mail everything is OK.

After that, I let Windows Live Mail running and I go back in Outllook 2013 and recreate my Gmail account. Everything is now OK in Outlook 2013 too.
