Grabbing mail stats for Exchange 2010 migration
Hi All
We are currently running Exchange 2003 SP2 on Windows 2003 SP2 servers. We are looking to start our Exchange 2010 planning soon so need to grab some stats on mailbox profiles/use etc.
The following information we need is:
- Number of mails sent/recvd per day
- Rough attachment size per mail
- Max attachment sizes sent
Using Exchange, does anyone know how I can grab this information?

There is nothing built-in to Exchange that will give you all that info. 3rd party software is required:

You can use the Exchange Profile Analzer for this:
