Dear, While using OWA I cannot see any Greek characters in the subject line. All I'm seeing are question marks. However I can see the same Greek sentence which is written in the message box. My computer can cope with the characterset because it's able to show me the Greek sentence in the message box, this tells me it's a problem on the server side. Sadly Google and Microsoft's technet doesn't help me out so far. Hopefully someone here knows the answer? Small Business Server 2003 Thank you, Stephan
