Hi,
I think you need to add a rule into Outlook of the A. So actually A, B, C, D all will have this rule into their Outlook if they all want same behavior. This rule shud either put this email into junk or whatever you need.

Hi,
Its very easy with outlook , i have just tested.
1. Goto Outlook Tools->Rules and Alerts.
2. Click "New rule" and select "Move messages from Somone to a folder".
3. Now put A's Email address in "from people of Distribution Groups".
4. Also specify "Junk Folder" in "move it to specified folder" where email to be moved and then
5. Click next and then select "sent to people or distribution group" and put the email ID of the distribution group which u mentioned in ur first email.
6 Now create the rule by clicking Finish button and here u go.
Note: I used Outlook 2003, so there could be slight change in Outlook 2007/2010.
Hope this helps.
