Cached mode. For your particular situation, you probably ought to disable cached mode or use OWA.Ed Crowley MVP "There are seldom good technological solutions to behavioral problems."

Agree with Ed. If you use cache mode, please change to online mode or use OWA to check for the issue. You can enable Outlook online mode by this way: Outlook 2010: File->Information->Account Settings->Account Settings->E-mail->choose the account->change Account->uncheck “Use cached Exchange Mode”->Next->Ok->Finish Thanks, Evan

It is usually enough to just disable caching of all shared folders in the profile. To disable the caching of all shared folders, follow these steps: On the File tab, click Account Settings in the Account Settings list. In the Account Settings dialog box, click the E-mailtab and then double-click your Microsoft Exchange Server account. In the Change Account dialog box, click More Settings. In the Microsoft Exchange dialog box, click the Advanced tab. Click to clear the Download shared folders check box. :Martina Please remember to click “Mark as Answer” on the post that helps you, and to click “Unmark as Answer” if a marked post does not actually answer your question.
