1) The time out is very quick while naming or renaming a folder. How to increase the time out?? It accepts one letter and within no second comes out so no option to type another letter.

I'm not sure how to do this on Office for Mac, but a quick suggestion is to type the name somewhere else, then copy and paste it to the folder name.
