I am having a problem with  550 5.7.1 Delivery not authorized  when sending emails within my domain, but am able to send and receive from the internet. on Exchange server 2007

Is this a POP/IMAP/SMTP Client or MAPI/Outlook Anywhere?

All the services are on this SMTP client, but the server holds POP/IMAP/SMTP.

Do you have a Specific SMTP Receive Connector that's for your Clients?

Enable logging on your SMTP Receive connectors to see if there are any error logged when you try to send.  Also this makes sure the right SMTP receive connector is processing the request.  You don't want your SMTP clients trying to send using the default SMTP connector.

I had this issue on 2007 and found that I had left Integrated (Windows) Authentication enabled on the Client SMTP Receive connector.  I saw in the SMTP logs that the Computer account was attempting to authenticate when sending.
