You do not have permission to send to this recipient. For assistance, contact your system administrator.#5.7.1 smtp;554 5.7.1 x@gmail.com>: Relay access denied. I'm using exchange server 2003 and outlook 200 as client. All users can't send mails . You most likely don't have a reverse DNS configured (PTR record) for your send connector. Gmail now does a RDNS lookup. This was something they shall have started with 2/13/2009. The easiest way to fix this issue is to configure a Smart Host, typically using your ISP's SMTP gateway.Configuring and Using an SMTP Connector - Exchange 2000/2003http://www.amset.info/exchange/smtp-connector.asp While the link below is about Sendmail on Linux, it provides information that applies to Exchange as well: Need to set up my smarthost to TWCi smtp servers for gmailhttp://www.emailquestions.com/road-runner/851-need-set-up-my-smarthost-twci-smtp-servers-gmail.html MCTS: Messaging | MCSE: S+M | Small Business Specialist
