I have a HP LaserJet CP1215 and I'm using Windows7 64 bits OS.

All programms of Office 2013 doesn't print in that printer.

Other programs does it normally.

Could anybody help me?

To resolve a print failure in Office application, we must determine its cause. Causes typically fit into one of the following categories:

2. The program itself;

5. Connectivity or hardware

You can follow these steps:

1. Open a new blank document in Word;
2. On the first line of the document, type the following text: =rand(10);
3. Press Enter. This inserts 10 paragraphs of sample text;
4. Try to print the document;
5. If the document prints successfully, change to a different font, or insert clip art, a table, or a drawing object.
