How does one get to re install an Office 2013 image purchased under HUP. Can you pls help me with the link. I do not work for the Company any more where I had procured the licence.

How can I order a Backup DVD or Backup USB Flash Drive?
As long as the Software Assurance license is valid and you are still an employee of that company, you may include a Backup DVD or Backup USB Flash Drive with your initial purchase or you may return to the HUP store at any time to purchase additional eligible products such as Language Packs and Backup media.
1. Re-enter the HUP store via the "BUY NOW" link in your HUP e-mail.
2. After clicking "BUY NOW", click Order History found on the upper right hand side of the page.
3. You will then see a summary of your order and have the option to order a Backup DVD or Backup USB Flash Drive and Language Pack(s).

If you do not have your e-mail, Click here to have it resent to your work e-mail address.

Note that Backup USB Flash Drives are not yet available to all users in all regions.

In additional, you might try the workaround: Download the trial of Office 2013 Professional Plus and use the key gets from the HUP site (ignoring the evaluation ones provided by Technet) and Office activated fine.
