Halo thinks I am not running as Administrator on Windows 7 RC
I booted my Windows 7 RC. It claims no updates are outstanding.I launch Halo (1).I go to Multiplayer | Direct IP, but my favorite server was full.I go to Multiplayer | Internet, and Halo does its usual check for updates when Ireceive a window with the notice:You must have Administrator privileges to download this required patch. It turns out I am logged in as Administrator and I have previously downloaded patch(es) since it was needed to get the CD install up to date on 7 RC.What gives?
