My company is on Office 365 running Outlook 2013. Some users have found that when some of their contacts send digitally signed emails (via a CAC card certificate) they cannot update this contact with the new certificates. I have even tried
having them delete the contact and add it back, but the certificates still do not show up for the contact.
I cannot find any good resources as to how to resolve this issue. I have already posted in the Office 365 forum and outlook forum and they recommended I post here instead. Thanks in advance for any help!
