Has this issue with updating certificates in Outlook 2013 been resolved?

My company is on Office 365 running Outlook 2013. Some users have found that when some of their contacts send digitally signed emails (via a CAC card certificate) they cannot update this contact with the new certificates. I have even tried having them delete the contact and add it back, but the certificates still do not show up for the contact.

I cannot find any good resources as to how to resolve this issue. I have already posted in the Office 365 forum and outlook forum and they recommended I post here instead. Thanks in advance for any help!

Hi,

Outlook 2013 still doesn't include this feature.

Before we have this feature ready, you can open and save the sender's certificate manually, then re-imported it back into Outlook Contacts. This method has been verified by others:

Found your post on Office 365 Community, and Gabriel Bratton said:

Looks it will be available in Outlook 2013 soon..

I am awaiting response from the affected user as to whether this method works for her. Thanks for the link and I'm hoping this is the solution for now.
