Help.....my OUTLOOK 2010 .pst file is showing 0kb

on 9/27 when opening OUTLOOK i got an error and outlook would not open....error: 

"Cannot Start Microsoft Outlook.  Cannot open the Outlook Window.  The set of folders cannot be opened.  The file C:\users\xxxxxxxx\documents\outlook files\xxxxxxxxx@cox.net.pst is not an Outlook data file (.pst)."

Scanpst finds but will not recognize and open the listed above .pst file

and when I find it is shows 0kb.

No backups or copies

I have also tried several 3rd party PST fix applications, none will open the pst file listed above.

Which version of Windows and Outlook are you using?

A 0KB file is not recoverable since it is an empty file.

Did you perhaps have Previous Versions enabled? In that case, see:

Otherwise, you'll need a disk scanning tool to piece together which used to made up your pst-file but these don't come cheap. An application which can do this is:
