Hi All, I'm a bit of a newbie to Exchange but I have a SBS2003 configuration and have a user who claims to have set an out of office, she has come back and un-set from Outlook but exchange is still sending out of office reponses. I have checked the obvious stuff like that they have actually turned it off and all seems OK , I've used the mapi utility to examine and remove the out of office rules but it still keeps sending them ! It is almost as if there is another rule running but I can't find it and I'm at a loss how to diagnose further. Can anybody help ? or point me in the right direction ? Cheers, Ian
