Help - Offline Address Book issues and others
I just recently migrated from Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2010. I thought everything was fine until today. One of my user's mailbox was corrupted so I exported his mailbox to PST. Disconnected his mailbox and created a new one for him. I
then exported his PST back. We started to have some issues with people emailing him. Some people were getting bounced. I started to look for the cause. I noticed in my outlook address book He had an X500 address listed, but not in
the new mailbox settings that I created. I read that I should run a Update-GlobalAddresslist to fix it. Here is the output. I think I have some issues with my public folders too? How do I fix it?

Hi,
Do you delete the problematic mailbox completely? Is the new Mailbox address same as the old one?
Regarding to the mail problem, this issue can occur by Outlook auto-complete cache. I suggest you refer to the following article to create X.500 address for the new
created mailbox and check whether the message can be sent normally.

This article resolved my issue with emailing the user. Also, I had to uncheck the emailpolicy box on that tab. When I came in this morning all of his email alias were gone.
I would still like to be able to update my offline address book.Jeff
