Help Understanding Exchange 2010 RPC Logging on CAS
We are trying to troubleshoot issues in a VDI environment using Outlook 2010 in online mode. We have users report that they receive errors stating they must be connected in order to perform the operation. We have RPC logging configured on the CAS servers and need help understanding the information contained within them. Is there a document explaining the information that is contained in these logs? There is alot of information contained in a column called operation-specific but we are not sure what it means. At the end we see things like 'BudgetExpired" around times users have issues. On the other hand we do not see anything in the failures column. Appreciate any help that can be provided.

Through the Microsoft.Exchange.RpcClientAccess.Service.exe.config file for the service on the CAS servers. My question pertains to the logs generated under the ...\Logging\RPC Client Access directory on the CAS server. We are trying to chase down why these clients are getting a pop-up saying that the connection to Microsoft Exchange is unavailable and the action fails.
