Help User Calendar Office 365

Hi.

I'am setting different option in office 365, today I found a problema, a user the office 365 can't see calendar of several user's inside of the same Enterprise, but if can see it (calendar) in OWA.

which can to be my fault?

Hi,

Check the permission the user has on other users' Calendars, make sure the user has the proper permission.

But since the user can see it on OWA, probably the permission is already granted fine. Please make sure there is no firewall or anti-virus settings to stop Outlook from getting others' Calendars.

Please also let the user switch Outlook to Online Mode, check the result. If there is no issue in Outlook Online Mode, maybe the local cache of the calendar is corrupted, I suggest the user rename the local data file(.ost) to ".old", then Outlook will generate a new one the next time it starts, check if the issue persists.

first of all, apology for not giving feedback quickly, today perform your procedures but even still with the problem, now I check setting office 365 administrator page , but reallly I dont know the reason for this issue.
