I meet a difficult issue about exchange 2007 server these days. Looks like connectivity issues. Can you ping one of your DCs? Is the time correct on the server?

If you restart the server, does the System Attendant service fail to start? Can you then start it manually? I had this same issue when I installed 2007. Configuring WINS fixed the issue. I have no idea why it fixed it but it did. If you run WINS in your environment, make sure it's configured on your Exchange server.

Yes, it's indeed my case, i had to manually restart the service to make it work. But it can work after i restart the service. I will configure Wins service on this exchange server because i indeed have WINS running on my network. Thank you.
