I have my main MS Exchange account in Outlook which I can access and everything is fine. However, I have a second email box that is showing as well for another user. I have tried to go through the email accounts under Tools and gone through the advanced settings in order to access the open these additional mailboxes - however, the second mailbox is not listed there. Looking to remove the second mailbox from my Outlook. Thanks.

Hi,I'd like to know if you will recieve email which is sent to the additional mailbox?Besides,In E-mail Accounts Windows,please try to find the additional users email account and then delete it.Please try to find the outlook Data files to see if any additinal pst files has been added.(Tools-Option-Mail Setup-Data files).If you cannot recieve emailswhich issent to the additionalmailbox and just like to remove all the emails to that mailbox,then I recommend you tocreate a rule to move all these emails to onepst folder,after that we can exportit.Regards,Xiu

It is accessing another mailbox on the server. My emails are going correctly into my email box. I am just trying to remove the secondary mailbox from the outlook window.

Create a new Outlook profile, and after you are satisfied with it, delete the old one.Karl
