Help with email addresses.
I have a customer in my database for email addresses. When we send emails to anyone in they're company. I get an error message that reads <company email address # 5.1.2smtp;554 5.1.2 <recipient email address>: Recipient address rejected: The reverse name of your IP address doesn't map back to the same IP> Does anyone know what this means and knows how to fix it? I'm stumped. I went to Exchange but the data base couldn't find an answer for me. TIA. Mike Henson mhenson@markitcompany.com

Looks like the PTR recored for the destination domain does not map back to the correct A record of the ip address.
