Hello, Here is my situation: We successfully migrated from Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2007 SP1. Our helpdesk staff is used to using Active Directory to create/disable mailboxes, create mail forwading, contact cards, etc.. Exchange 2007 removed this integration with Active Directory. We do not want the Exchange Tools installed on helpdesk staff machines. What solutions are out there for my environment?

There is a third part tool "Exchange Task 2007" which u can use to manage Exchange 2007 from ADUC console like u do with exchange 2003. In Exchange Server 2007, the responsibility of managing recipients moves backs to Exchange Server. Recipients are now managed using the Exchange Management Console (EMC) or the Exchange Management Shell (EMS or "the shell"). There are no extensions to Active Directory Users & Computers (ADUC) console, and no Exchange Tasks in ADUC either.
