Hide user from Global Address Lists
I need to hide the email address of one of my users from the Global Address Lists Exchange generates. I have checked the box on the Exchange tab of their AD profile to say "Hide from Address Lists", but they are still listed. Does it take a while for Exchange to update to reflect this setting, or do I need to do something else? Thanks, Gary

Are they still listed in OWA? Or are you looking at outlook with cached exchange. If its the latter, remember that the OAB is used with cached exchange and generally that rebuilds off the GAL each morning at 2am.

knightly, They were showing up within Outlook itself (not OWA). However, I figured out a solution and managed to get the name removed. What I had to do was force the Global Address List to be refreshed, through ESM. Gary
