How to get list each e-mail users who high e-mail attachment through to outside using by Exchange Server.

How can we get  list / report wiht powershell or 3rd party programs ?

Based on my research, we do not have a command to get the attachment size of a mailbox or a store. You may need to develop a script to get the attachment sizes.
