High Message Latency

Hello,

My Exchange Client Access Server are able to receive emails on time, but what could be the reason why they are put in queue for more than 3 minutes? As I have checked Memory and CPU Utilization are not maxed out, and the current queue are not more than 20.

Hello,

I recommend you use message tracking to trace these messages to analyse the delayed reason.

And please check your smtp protocol logging.
