Ho to renew exchange 2007 certificate
Hello,I am having a problem with a certificate that is expired. When I open an outlook 2007 client that is connected to exchange 2007 SP1, I get a message that the certificate is expired. I can choose yes to continue but I get the message everytime the clients restarts outlook.Can someone provide me with the steps to renew the certificate ?Best regards,Mark

Hi,Please first confirm whether the certificate is the self-certificate or third party certificate.If it's self-certificate, please renew it based on Amit's suggestions. If it's issued by third party, please contact the third party and request the new certificate to replace the current oneto resolve this issue.ThanksAllen

Hi,Sorry for the delayed reaction :)It is a self-certificate.I tried the suggestion but when I trie the get-exchangecertificate I get an error messag :Get-EchangeCertificate : This operation cna only performed locally on a Microsoft Exchange server that has the Edge Transport, Hub Transport, Client Access, or Unified Messaging server role installed. Please log on locally to a Microsoft Exchange server that has one of the supported server roles installed and perform this operation again.Op regel:1 tekens : 24What can I doing wrong ?Best regards,Mark
