I am in Brazil, and purchased MS Office H&S (English) online. I was given a product key, but when I enter the product key to initiate the download I receive this message.."This product is not intended for your identified region. Please contact support for help". What do I do next????

According to your description, this issue is called "regionalization".  Microsoft has divided up the world into "regions". We cannot activate software bought a different region. Please see this thread that Mr. Rohn007 has made a detailed explanation.

I recommend you try the workaround:

Use VPN and make it appear as if connecting from us.
