I purchased the Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2010 through the Home Office Program in October 2012. Few weeks ago I formatted my notebook and now I am not able to reinstall the Microsoft Softwares again. 

The license number I have are : [Removed license number]

Every time I access the Microsoft link to download the programs I receive a negative answer. 

Could someone answer to me why this is happen? Is there any problem with this license?

Hi,

the Office licenses through Home Use Program(HUP) is a Software assurance benefits.if your Software assurance expired than you cannot continue using the Office HUP license. however, if your SA is active than contcat your Administrator in your organization to obtain the license Code for Office.
