I am very new to Infopath can say just a beginner .I am working on exciting InfoPath file and when I click on Developer tab ,I am not able to see Code editor option,and when I go to Language --> Form Option--> Programming ,all options are disable and its say that VB script cannot be edited,all events and control events are disabled.

Could you tell me which version of InfoPath are you using? And you said >>working on exciting InfoPath file <<, was this file a new blank file or a created file? If this issue only appeared in a particular file or in all files? Have you ever tried open a new InfoPath file in safe mode and check if it works fine?

First I suggest you try to use Alt+Shift+F12 shortcut and check if the Code Editor can be opened correctly. If it can't be opened and pop up with error messages please post the error messages here.

Then try to open the file in safe mode, if it works fine try to disable add-ins in InfoPath.
