Hi,
Open the Outlook program and click on the calendar icon that is located in the lower left of the main window.
Select "File" from the menu selections at the top of the calendar pane; then from the drop-down menu that appears, click on "New".
Click on "Calendar". A window labeled "Create New Folder" will appear.
Pick a name for your new calendar file and type it into the text box.
Select the public folder in which you would like to keep the calendar, and click "OK". You are finished; you have just created a new public calendar file.
I hope this will help you.
Regards.
Shafaquat Ali.

Hi,
I'd like to clarify the issue with you:
1. What is the version of your Exchange Server?
2. Can you find the free/busy information on your own calendar?
3. Can you find the free/busy folder from Exchange Server?
4. Please try to use OWA to verify if you can see the free/busy information.
Also I'd like to share information on how to reset
system folder and recreate the Schedule+Free/Busy system folder.
