In the Outlook folder tree, at the top, my mailbox has my spelled incorrectly. How can I change the name so that it displays the correct spelling?

Your name is spelled incorrectly somewhere in the AD. Most likely the Display Name is wrong. Correct the spelling in the AD first. Then you will need to recreate your outlook profile.
