How can I eliminate a bad CN Recipient
So we are on Exchange 2003. I have a shared mailbox called "Inquire". For some reason anytime someone sends a calendar item to one particular person that has permission, I see 2 entries in the tracking center, 1) showing delivery to the employee (and sure enough it's in their inbox), and 2) show the recipient /O=OURMAIL/OU=FIRST ADMINISTRATIVE GROUP/CN=RECIPIENTS/CN=Inquire Seriously how can I zap this AD entry and tell the server it's just the one employee NOT the shared mailbox. Again it's only for calendar items to the one employee. I tried zapping the mailbox altogether, refreshing the OAB and services. There must be a method so I can recreate this shared mailbox UNLESS I let the routing service continue doing this, keep the same SMTP address, but make the friendly name OURINITIALSInquire

Hi Kingof14ers, Per your description, it seems that the the calendar item always showed in the inbox folder of the shared mailbox, as rich referred, sounds the shared mailbox account is setted as a delegate for that mailbox. Could yo please check it, and update the issue? Regards!
