How can I limit the view public folder to specific users?
Hello,
I have Exchange 2007 SP3, I have created a public folder. This public folder is viewed by all users in the organization. How can I limit the view of this public folder
to specific users?
For example I need users X,Y and Z only who are able to view and use public folder.
Thanks
Amjed

Hi Amjed,
Yes, you can do that through outlook. You just configure outlook for exchange administrator and take the
properties of the public folder which you wanted to restrict. Then go to the
"Permissions" tab and remove "Default" and "Anonymous" from the list. Then you add X,Y and Z and give the required access to them.
