How can a team of people view every e-mail sent by all members of the team ?
By default emails sent by a team member from a shared email account are stored in the persons own Sent box of their personal e-mail account rather than in Sent box of the team email account, so the sent e-mails are not shared. This is illogical, but I have not discovered a way round the problem to date. can anyone suggest a solution or work around please. Thanks in advance !!

The behaviour you have identified is to be expected by default with the older versions of Outlook. Exchange works on the basis that the email belongs to the sender, not the shared account, so stored the email in the default mailbox Sent Items. This behaviour can be changed with later versions of Outlook, but as you haven't identified the versions involved, further exact advice isn't very easy. Updates are available to adjust this behaviour in Outlook 2007 and Outlook 2003. Outlook 2003: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/317865 Outlook 2007: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/972148 For Outlook 2010 you add the account as an additional account, rather than an additional mailbox.
