Ok this is the senario , my company is hosting its email with another company XYZ

So our emails are something like 

Jon@XyZ.com

Mike@xyz.com

Peter@xyz.com 

my company called "HANT" and laptops/desktops are joint to HANT Domain .

For us to access email (we use - webmail ) that is outlook web access . 

Now my question is - is there a way we can access email through outlook client instead of going through OWA?

Yes you can, outlook 2010 and higher supports multiple exchange mailboxes. You just need the sign-in information and the proxy details to setup the account.
