i am using Exchange2003 Server with Windows2003 Server R2 i can archive my emails if i am using .PST in MS outlook but how can i archive my MailBox if i am using MS Exchange2003 Server environment Note:- i am not taking about messages archiving which we do in MS Exchange2003 Haseeb

You can set AutoArchive in outook if mailbox is on Exchange 2003. Admin can use ExMerge, as I told in option 2 of my pervious response, without using outlook and PSTs will be stored on server... ExMerge is the best way to handle this by Admin from server side without userintervention.
