I am having trouble configuring a room resource correctly. I need to set it so that when a user requests the room for a given time, the delegate must respond to the request before a tentative meeting is set on the resource calendar. Based on my test in the lab (Exchange 2007 SP1), if you dont want that the calendar meetings are being tentatively accepted by room mailbox, The AutomateProcessing parameter must be set to None, otherwise, the meeting will always be tentatively accepted before the approval of delegate Resources: How to Create and configure a meeting room mailbox with Exchange Server 2007
