As I have just noticed, I can create sections and insert pages into the section. But just as a book has both sections and chapters, I'm wondering If it is possible to create chapters and more sections within them to further separate the pages?

For example: Can I have the following:

|  [-]Chapter 1
|   |
|   |--Section 1.1
|   |
|   |--Section 1.2
|   |
|   +--Chapter 2
|
+-Part B
|
+-Part C

Based on my test, OneNote only recognize each tab as section. And it cannot be changed.

So what we can do is that recognize each tab as Part by ourself, then Insert Space to separate the Part, Sections .etc.

Hi, I have just found that we can create sub pages in the "Add a page" Tab. Would this help?
