I am using Office 360 Pro Plus on Windows 7 Pro.  Is there a mechanism for spam filters aside from "Junk Mail" and the "blocked senders" and "trusted senders" lists?

I am using outlook with multiple pop accounts.

Yes there is.

The Junk E-mail Options in Outlook in fact is a spam filter mechanism:

There are 4 level of protection, and most spams are caught in the level of "High". But we don't have access to control the mechanism, it's hard-coded as far as I can tell.
