How do you Enter Multiple Fields into a Visio Callout diagram

I'm new to External Data Box and using Callout...

I want to enter 1 - 4 fields into a callout.  It appears callout is like a text box (no format).  I can manually drag each field into the callout and then manually type the field name (Example......  Total Cost: $12.00).

1.  Does a callout exits that let's you enter up to 4 fields in it?  If not, is it possible to create a callout that contains a place to enter up to 4 fields and then just delete the fields if some are not needed?

2.  Also when filling in callout, is it possible to drag or place a field name in a callout without manually typing the name?

While editing the text of a shape any number of fields can be entered using Insert -> Field. Any shape can do this (unless text editing is protected), and any of these can have any text formatting.

Found part of solution from YouTube:  By using Confug Callout Box, I can add multiple property names and fields into one callout.

I tried Insert option which provided other fields that were not fields in my records in the External Data Window.  Can I get those to show up in the Insert feature as well?  If so, how?

Thanks for the reply.

The Insert -> Fields menu allows you to enter many different types of fields. The External Data window shows just that, only external data.
