How do you change Public Folder Conflict Message recipients in Exchange 2003?

Conflict messages go to the owner of the folder. If you look at the properties of the folder in Outlook, you may see a permissions tab, you should be able to do it there.Outlook Web Access For PDA , OWA For WAP www.owa-pda.com email a@t leederbyshire d.0.t c.0.m

Just to add to Lee. if you have multiple owners all will get the email. THis is not good idea to give end users ownership rights. "Editor" is good enough access for end users Dhruv

This KB allows you to surpress conflict messages and the behaviour if you wish and as mentioned, it goes to the owners - http://support.microsoft.com/kb/980047 If you wish, you can setup a DL with a list of users and give then owners right but educate your users. Sukh
